This game is almost perfect! I say...

Strengths: This Game is Long. Very, very long. And fun, oh, so fun.

Weakness: None

This game is almost perfect! I say 'almost' because if I had a keyboard and mouse, it would be, but I don't. The single player game is very long and keeps you coming back for more. With a good amount of weapons to choose from and fairly easy puzzles to figure out, it runs along smoothly. In addition to the main game. A co-op version was included. It is about twelve levels long, with you and a...

The story of Gordon Freeman and...

Strengths: Amazing story, great action, intelligent puzzles

Weakness: Older graphic engine

The story of Gordon Freeman and the Black Mesa facility are told in Half-Life. It's a port of the PC game onto the PS2, with some graphical improvements. Gordon Freeman is the everyman scientist who must fight against an invading alien horde, among other hazards in Black Mesa. The narrative and story are amazingly well done, with plenty of action and puzzles along the way. Compared to other...

Half-Life (Playstation 2)

Strengths: Amazing single player first person shooter game, updated graphics, immersive story and gameplay.

Weakness: None

This game is the epitome of what FPS are. Even though the game itself came out years ago on the P.C. it hasn't aged one bit in that all other FPS take some elements from this game and expound on it. You play the role of Gordan Freeman, and you start off with nothing. At the time, this was unheard of in a FPS game. Your first real "weapon" is a crow-bar. But, as you progress in the game you get...

Half Life

Strengths: Storyline, game play, can be played with USB keyboard/mouse, extra co-op mission, quick-save function

Weakness: Graphics

In my opinion, the best FPS on the PS2 and it is approaching 5 years old. This game has a lot of things working for it. The storyline is fantastic; anybody that has played the PS2 or PC versions of the game will know that I am talking about. The game play is also great and so are the controls. Even better, since the PS2 supports USB, with an optional USB keyboard and mouse, you can play this game...
